2.1 Personal Information: When Users use our services, Users may provide personal information of relevant parties such as name, contact information, identification details, account credentials and other personal details appearing in documents shared with us to process and analyse the documents submitted.
2.2 Technical Information: We may collect technical information such as IP addresses, device identifiers, operating system, browser type, session logs and usage data/ analytics in connection with Users using or interacting with our services.
2.3 Document Data: Documents uploaded by the User may contain sensitive, confidential, or personally identifiable information.
2.4 Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance the functionality of our website and services.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing: We process User data for the following purposes:
3.1 Service Delivery: OCR extraction, text analysis, document processing, and providing Trueshield.AI’s functionalities. All documents collected are processed strictly for delivery of services.
3.2 Service Improvement: Internal testing, error resolution, performance enhancement, and improving AI models (using anonymized or aggregated data only).
3.3 Compliance: Meeting legal, regulatory, compliance and security obligations.
3.4 Communication: Providing updates, support responses, or service-related notifications.
Where applicable, processing is based on User consent, Contractual necessity to provide services requested, Legitimate interests in improving and securing the Platform, Legal obligations under applicable laws.
4. How We Use Users Data?
4.1. Extraction and Analysis: The documents submitted by the User will be used solely for OCR and analysis purposes. The text and data extracted from these documents will be processed by Trueshield.AI (Lenditt's) models or trusted third-party models, but personal information will not be shared, used or sold to third parties for unrelated purposes without the relevant parties’ consent, except as required by law.
4.2. Data Retention: We retain data only for as long as necessary for the purposes of providing the service and complying with legal obligations. All data that is stored will be encrypted and kept for no more than 45 days. After which it is deleted or irreversibly anonymized. If laws require longer retention (e.g., audit or compliance obligations), we will retain only what is necessary.
5. Data Sharing
5.1 Service Providers: We may share User data with trusted third-party vendors (e.g., hosting providers, analytics, OCR engines) strictly on a need-to-know basis for service operation. All such vendors are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
