REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Policy Overview

TrueShield.AI (a product of Lenditt Innovations & Technologies Private Limited) specializes in high-speed, AI-driven financial analysis and automated verification. Because our services provide instantaneous data insights and API execution, we maintain a policy that balances user flexibility with the non-reversible nature of digital data consumption.

2. Service Cancellations:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through our dashboard.
 

  • Effective Date: Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the platform until that time.

  • Non-Prorated: We do not provide partial refunds or "pro-rated" credits for unused portions of a billing month or year.


3. Refund Eligibility & Right of Withdrawal:
TrueShield.AI provides a transparent window for service evaluation. Notwithstanding the digital nature of our platform, the following refund standards apply:
 

  • 14-Day Refund Window: Users are entitled to request a refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. This request is processed as a standard right of withdrawal from the service agreement.

  • Usage-Based Adjustment: While the right to a refund is unconditional within the 14-day window, it is subject to a deduction for utilized services. Any credits consumed, API verifications performed, or automated insights generated during this period are non-refundable. The refund amount will consist of the total transaction value minus the cost of the utilized credits at the current standard rate.

  • Post-Window Requests: Any requests made after the 14-day period has elapsed will be considered final and non-refundable, except in documented cases of duplicate billing or verified internal system failures.


4. Refund Request Procedure:
To ensure a streamlined resolution, all requests must be submitted formally to paymentdesk@lenditt.com within the 14-day window.
To process your request, please provide:
 

  • Account Identification: The legal entity name and the email address associated with the account.

  • Transaction Reference: The specific Order ID, date, and total amount of the transaction.

  • Notice of Withdrawal: A simple statement indicating your request for a refund
     

5. Discretionary Authority:

TrueShield.AI reserves the right to review and approve or deny refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Our decision on such matters is final and binding. Any approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 15-20 business days.
